Thank you for visiting Ticketplan – our role is to administer the refund applications for certain, specified circumstances on behalf of our ticketing partners in line with the protection terms and conditions, which you agreed to at the point of purchase.

Our expert team will review the details that you provide in your application in line with these terms and conditions. Please note that in some instances you may be asked to provide further information or documentation.

We have a couple of qualifying questions before we head into the application form.

Are you unable to attend the event due to the forthcoming rail strikes?

As the forthcoming rail strikes have been made public knowledge prior to the date of your event, unfortunately, the circumstances fall outside of the protection provided and we are unable to provide a refund under this facility. This is as per the terms and conditions agreed to at the point of purchase.

We appreciate that you may not have known about the strikes when booking your tickets, however, please note that it is the date of your event that is relevant to the condition relating to strike.

We recommend that you contact the ticket seller directly to explore any options that may be available to you.

Are you requesting a refund due to one of the following reasons:

  • Booking Error (such as booking tickets for the wrong date, time or location)
  • School or work commitments (except for armed forces commitments)
